To qualify for a wholesale account with Inline Trading, customers must be a registered business with a valid business number, ABN (if in Australia), or relevant tax identification number. We may request documentation to verify your business status before processing your order.

The minimum order usually requires purchasing by pack or size run. Some brands offer more flexibility and allow re-stocking by individual unit. All orders may be subject to freight costs.

All prices are listed in AUD and are exclusive of GST and shipping fees. Wholesale pricing is confidential and may not be disclosed to the general public. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected by price changes.

All wholesale orders must be paid in full before the order is processed and shipped, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payments via EFT, Bank Transfer, card payments, or online payment via Stripe. Please note all card payments incur a surcharge. Late or non-payments on agreed terms may incur penalties up to and including termination of your account and legal action to recover the funds.

We ship orders using reliable courier services, and shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Once the order has been handed over to the courier, risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer.

If an item is out of stock at the time of order, the remainder of your order will be shipped and you will not be charged for the missing goods. Items that are sold out will be listed on your invoice as such for your record. We will notify you if an item has been placed on backorder.

Returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged items and must be reported within 14 (fourteen) days. We do not accept returns for unsold inventory. All items must be returned within 1 month of reporting. No change of mind returns or exchanges are accepted.

We make every effort to ensure our products are accurately represented in terms of style, colour, and sizing. However, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing processes or display settings. These minor variations are not considered grounds for return or refund.

All product images, descriptions, and branding materials provided by Inline Trading remain our intellectual property. Wholesale customers are welcome to use these materials to promote and sell our products, but must not modify them without our prior approval.

Any cancelled orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch, provided no production or packing has begun. Once production has started or the order has been packed, cancellations are not accepted. Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable once confirmed.

Inline Trading reserves the right to terminate wholesale relationships at any time for violations of these terms, including failure to pay or misuse of branding. Termination may be immediate and without notice if the breach is serious.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
